Member Ted started a discussion on our forums (you knew we had a forum, right?) urging former and current employees to come forward with info confidentially. Since it was his idea I’ll just tell you what he said:

Recognizing that there is normally high turnover in companies such as PHL and American Debt Negotiators, I would really like to hear from those who’ve been laid off by Mark Burton and Ran David Barnea. Of course you’ve been used as pawns by the criminals who lurk behind the scenes. These days everyone needs work and I don’t judge you for your unfortunate experience at PHL.

You former PHL employees have a chance to do some real good right now. Yes, I know that doesn’t pay the bills, but you’d be surprised by what good will ultimately come to you. If anyone is willing to come forward, I will make it my business to help you.

This forum is a good place to start. Going to law enforcement is even better. There are ways to stay annonymous for now, and ways to be known when it is safe. There is nothing like doing the right thing.

Anyone with information about the inside happenings at ADN/PHL, now is the time to step up and do the right thing. You can post here anonymously and help shine a bright light on the doings of the “executives” who have masterminded this illegal activity. This goes not only for past employees, but also current ones (we know that you visit this site too). You are about to lose your jobs anyway when the authorities bust the company, so you could cut your losses now by posting that you are willing to cooperate and provide information useful in the eventual and inevitable bust of the company by the authorities (who are closing in fast), and start moving on to other endeavors (hopefully more honorable than working for this slimy company). Join the ones who already have joined the effort (you’d be surprised how many there are that already are providing valuable information).

And for slime of the ilk of Mr. M.B. and his kind (including ADN/PHL’s scumbag lawyers) who might try to plant a ringer to pass misleading information, think twice. We already are learning enough about your and R.D.B.’s dealings to be able (with their help of some of your past employees who already have joined us) to quickly spot BS and trip you up with it. So, you want to dig a hole for yourselves even deeper then the one your already in, be my guest. But don’t ever say that no one tried to warn you.

If you come forward you will be anonymousunless you elect to reveal your real identity. If you decide to post on the forum even I won’t know who you are.

Sorry about the lack of updates lately, I’ve been sitting on a little info, which I will share with you now.

Remember a few months ago I reported that PHL was temporarily shutting down? Well, I was kinda right, kinda wrong. Here’s what happened.

ADN told everyone they were shutting down for two weeks, what they failed to mention was that for some the shut down was permanent. They laid off all their ‘fronters’; the people who you first talk to that try to sell you on the product. They kept on all their ‘closers’ though….hmmmm why?

Because they outsourced the fronters to Peru and India!

I suppose this was an attempt to say ‘we’re not doing any solicitations, Mr. Ohio AG’, but in reality it’s still ADN/PHL that contracted with them.
And by the way the spoofed number, no regard for the law I bet they still control the dialer.

So while that may have made them feel slightly safer, we are still onto them and we will not stop until they are out out of business, and hopefully facing criminal as well as civil charges.

Keep reporting numbers and help spread the word about this site so we can put a stop to this once and for all!

Things have been very quiet on the blog and forum lately, and that’s not going to help stop these companies. Keep reporting the numbers they call you from, they benefit others. The more info we have against them the better the chances state AG’s will take notice, the better the chances the media will take notice. If nothing gets done then the calls continue and they get worse. This is a grassroots effort and I need all your help. I can’t do it alone.

Now, this was not posted by anyone at Honeypot. This is either by an incredibly misguided person, or (and this is more likely) someone associated with the Heather calls trying to discredit this site.

For the record, this is not a scam site. I do this because I’m tired of these calls. I accept donations because this site is not free to run. I’m not masking money doing this and I am not scamming anyone.

I’ve had to put up with a lot of crap while running this site, like I’ve had to switch hosts and domain registrars already because the actual people involved sent their lawyer after me. I’ve had to deal with someone posting my name address and phone number on callferret associating me with this scam. And instead of taking it down, callferret banned me.

So if you see anyone trying to call me a scammer, please set them straight.

ADN is run by a man named Ran David Barnea. Mr. Barnea, whose shady business practices have been the subject of prior legal reprimand, owns quite a few companies, some active, some not. While ADN is the one charging you, the actual company doing the calls is Metukon Corporation, which may or may not still be doing its call-center business under the name of PHL International. In addition to American Debt Negotiators, Ran David Barnea also owns Metukon and PHL International. Metukon is managed by Mark Burton and is located at

It is unclear at the moment, but a subject of ongoing investigation, whether or not these companies have a common bond, either in ownership interests, or in the sharing of call centers, dialing equipment, and/or telemarketing scripts. It also is unclear at the moment, but becoming more apparent, that one or all of these companies are not only responsible for the illegal “Heather with Account Services” credit card calls, but also the unsolicited and illegal calls regarding extending automobile warranties, as both scams appear to be using the same pool of spoofed Caller ID phone numbers and similarly deceptive telemarketing techniques.

First, Please take a moment to fill out this form.
It will post everything to a spreadsheet that will be provided to the authorities to help any current or future investigations. None of the info you provide will be given to anyone but the authorities, or attorneys seeking action against the guilty parties.

Next, file a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services

After that file a complaint with Your States Attorneys General

And with the the Federal Communications Commission

I would also recommend filing a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission

The problem is you’ve gotten this call many many times for months, or even years. You’ve probably been verbally abused and harrassed by the operators, and you’re fed up.
